CHEF COMMENTS

This is not your typical Thanksgiving relish, but it has been a holiday standard for my family the last 10 years or so. I'm not sure where it came from! You can substitute other orange/tangerine varieties if you can not find blood oranges. I've done it, but if you can find the blood ones it is very worth it. It may seem like a lot of mint, but don't pack it in the cup and keep it loosely chopped.
