No Bake Mint Chocolate Bars

Servings: 2 dozen

INGREDIENTS

6 oz mint chocolate (not cream filled)
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz butter
1/4 lb (120 grams) graham cracker crumbs
6 ½ oz (185 grams) chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cups + 4 tbsp light cream
Sugar to taste
1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolates and butter in sauce pan or in microwave. Stir until smooth.

Combine cracker crumbs and nuts in a mixing bowl. Stir in cream, sugar, vanilla and chocolate mixture. Mix well.

Pour in to 12x8-inch greased pan. Let stand in a room temperature about 2 hours until firm. Cut in squares. Store in an airtight container.
