Chocolate Salad Dressing Cake

Servings: 1 cake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 cup cold water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325°F until firm in center.
CHEF COMMENTS
This is an OLD recipe of Elmina Ingalls. The cake is very moist and is best left in the baking pan for serving. Very chocolatey.

Really good! Especially topped with a frosting made of 1 sm. tub of cool whip and 1 sm.pkg. of instant vanilla pudding. Top with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
