Ham Balls

Servings:

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground smoked ham
1/2 lb. ground fresh ham
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup tapioca
1 cup milk

Baste:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix first 5 ingredients into 3/4-inch tight balls. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, basting periodically. For main course, mix into 2-3-inch tight balls.
