INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS:
Fish 500gms
Kasundi(mustard paste) 50 gms
Khas khas(poppy seeds) paste 10 gms
Curd 10 gms
Ground chillies paste 5 gms
Chopped ginger 10 gms
Chopped coriander 10 gms
Salt to taste
Lemon 1 no.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients and gently toss the fish in this marinate. Put marinated fish in aluminium foil packet. Steam fish in pressure cooker without whistle or in steamer. Serve with sliced lemon and steamed rice.

CHEF COMMENTS

Mustard oil can be used in marination.
