Holy Guacamole

INGREDIENTS
6 medium soft avacados
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed well
1 medium tomato, diced
1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel avacados, remove the seed and place the meat in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the lemon onto the meat being careful to remove the seeds. Pour the remaining ingredients into the bowl and with an eggs smasher, smash and mix together. Taste and add more Tony's if needed. Serve with tortilla chips.

This is a recipe I modified from my mother's recipe. I have alot of requests for this one at get togethers.
