Homemade Salmon Broth

Servings: 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

Pices from one salmon: head, bones etc.
2 cups water (or enough to cover the fish)
Salt
Fish spice mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Put salmon parts and water into pot and cook gently about 15 minutes. Remember to remove the foam. Add salt and spice mix to taste. Turn of the heat and let the mixture cool. Remove the fish parts.
