Feta and Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

500g feta - diced
500g cream cheese (soften)
1 bag of spinach (blanched,refreshed, drain and dried with papertowel)
a pinch of cumin seeds
10litres olive oil
pinch of ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend ingredients together in a food processor until spinach blends into the mix giving it a bit of greenish color. Serve with foccacia bread, pumpernickel bread, corn chips or your favourite crackers.
