Dijon - Horseradish Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon horseradish, grated
2 Tablespoons scallion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 1 hour covered to let the flavor blend.

CHEF COMMENTS

Here is a fast easy and real good salad dressing with a little kick to it if you want. Just add more horseradish to it.
