Creamy Ranch Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS
10 ounces shredded cabbage
2-3 scallions
1/2 cup low carb ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 pkts. Splenda
INSTRUCTIONS
Pulse cabbage and scallions in a food processor to get a finer texture
(if desired). Combine all ingredients and chill well before serving.
CHEF COMMENTS
I like a finer texture in my slaw, but if you like your coarser, just omit the food processor step.
