CHEF COMMENTS

This comes from my original search for a salsa I used to get at a Mexican grocery store in Calfirornia. But with me living in the middle of Missouri now, the only thing they know for Mexican food is Taco Bell. Well we all know how Mexican that is. Thus I came up with something we can all enjoy.

Note: This recipe is also listed here in a slightly different version, which is why this recipe is named #2.
