Chocolate Philly Fudge

Servings: 1 pound
INGREDIENTS
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
8 oz. Philadelphia Cream cheese, softened
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread into greased 8-inch square pan. Chill serveral hours; cut into squares. Granish with additional nuts, if desired.
Variations:
Omit nuts and vanilla; add few drops of peppermint extract and 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy.
Omit nuts and add 1 cup shredded coconut.
Omit nuts and add 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries.
