Orange-Tequila Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. orange juice
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. tequila
4 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and shake well before serving.

CHEF COMMENTS

This dressing is wonderful on spinach salads or salads including fruits. It's a refreshing change of pace, light and not "boozy" at all.
