Mexican-Style Swiss Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chili seasoning mix
4-4 oz lean minute beef steaks
1 3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup chunky salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

In a flat dish, combine flour and chili seasoning mix. Gently coat steaks. Spray a large skillet with olive flavored cooking spray. Brown steaks on both sides over medium heat. Combine tomato sauce and salsa. Pour over steaks. Lower heat. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes. "Gravy" is great over rice, potatoes, or any type of pasta.
