INGREDIENTS

12 eggs, hard-boiled, halved and yolks removed
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon prepared mustard, optional
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon salt
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Mash yolks and add remaining ingredients. Spoon filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill for one hour.

My suggestion for Deviled Eggs:
Mix the yolk with
- mayonaise
- some mustard
- chopped parsley,
- ham (sliced and cut into small pieces)
- salt, sugar, pepper

Or take arugula instead of parsley. September 26, 2006
