Pepper Vodka

INGREDIENTS

1 liter good vodka (I like Stoli for this)
5 dried cayenne peppers
1/2 tbspn black peppercorns
1/2 tbspn white peppercorns

INSTRUCTIONS

Put cayenne and peppercorns in vodka bottle and allow to infuse at room temperature for 30 days.

CHEF COMMENTS

This makes a beautiful, spicy bloody mary.
