Creamy Horseradish-Chive Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. snipped fresh chives
1/8 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

CHEF COMMENTS

I submitted my prime rib but dang if I didn't forget the horseradish sauce. Silly me.
