Chili con Carne

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper chopped
1 lg. sweet red pepper chopped
2 cans 28 oz each,tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 lg. can baked kidney beans
1 ts. adobo seasoning
chili powder' add chili powder to your taste so its not to spicy.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry beef, onion and peppers until well done, add to crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients (except beans) and cook on low for 4 hours. Add beans and cook 2 more hours. Ladle into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese.

CHEF COMMENTS

What makes this recipe delicious is the baked red kidney beans.
