Liz's Layered Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 can Fat-Free Refried Beans
2 cups salsa(mild)but your perference
1 1/2 cups of sour cream
4 plum tomatoes or 1 large regular tomatoe chopped and drain
1 red onion minced
1 can of extra large olives sliced
2 cups of shredded cheddaer or motzarella cheese

Optional - 1 chopped avacado
1 small can of corn

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix salsa and refried beans together. Spread mixture into the bottom of serving dish (should be about 1/2-inch, depending on the size of the dish).

Spread sour cream on top of the salsa and refried bean mixture with a large spoon. Mix tomatoes, red onion, and olives together; spread mixture on top of the sour cream. Finish off by spreading cheese on top.

You can also add chopped avacado, and or a small can of corn to the tomato, olive and red onion mixture.

Serve with scoop corn chips. Enjoy!

This dip is quick and easy and best of all you dont need to cook it. I have taken to summer parties, and its always the 1st thing to go!

** Be sure to drain tomatoes well after chopping.
