Crockpot Corned Beef

INGREDIENTS

3-4 Lb Corned Beef
1 1/2 tsp Horseradish
2 TB Red whine Vinegar
2 TB Prepared Mustard
1/4 cup Molasses

INSTRUCTIONS

In crockpot, cover corned beef with water. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Drain and place on a broiler pan or ovenpoof platter. Combine mustard, horseradish, vinegar and molasses. Brush on all sides of meat. Brown in 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until it begins to brown. Brush with sauce several times while browning.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is the only Crockpot meal the kids will eat. Great for a weeknight meal. If you want to add heat, use red pepper flakes or Cayenne pepper.
