Jodi's Sand Dollar Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the ingredients. Form into balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F until lightly brown around edges. These cookies will brown easily. Watch carefully.
