INGREDIENTS

1 pint whipping cream
2 Tablespoons butter
12 ozs chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat cream and butter to just boiling point; pour over chocolate chips in glass bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Beat in Bailey's until smooth. Chill until firm.

Quickly roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in cocoa powder or unsweetened drinking chocolate, chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
