Servings: 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 cup beer
1/2 pound kielbasa sliced 1/2" thick
1/2 pound Sweet Italian sausage sliced 1/2" thick
1/2 pound Hot Italian sausage sliced 1/2" thick
1/2 pound bockwurst sausage sliced 1/2" thick
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 small red onion. minced
INSTRUCTIONS
In a wok pan (that's what I use when tailgating), over medium high heat cook the Italian sausage (both Sweet & Hot) for about 5 minutes until lightly brown; drain. Add the rest of the sausages and the onion and cook for about 5 more minutes. Turn the heat down to low and add the beer and the hot sauce. Let it simmer for 10 minutes stirring every couple of minutes. Pour it into a chafing dish or serve it in the wok pan.
