SERVINGS
6 to 8 servings scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
1-1/4 cup boiling water
1 can fruit cocktail, reserve the juice
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together the water, reserved juice and lemon Jell-O. Refrigerate until it becomes the consistency of egg whites. Beat in softened cream cheese to pea size. Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows and bananas. Fold in the whipped cream. Place in a 9x13-inch Pyrex dish or a mold. Refrigerate 2-3 hours until firm.

I remember my mom making this recipe back in the 70's. I think she got it from Kraft. It's okay other than I don't like those little pea sized pieces of cream cheese.
