Chocolate Popovers

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
2 Tablespoons unsweetened chocolate, shaved
1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heavily grease 12 non-stick muffin cups. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, milk and butter together. Add flour, chocolate and salt; beat until smooth. Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until puffed and crisp on the tops. Serve as soon as possible.

Garnish with powdered sugar, fruit or berries.

Did I tell you it has CHOCOLATE in it. That should say it all.
