Easy Mexi-Chip Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 package of cream cheese
1 can of Hormel chilli
1 jar of salsa*
4 cups of mexican cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 13x9-inch casserole dish, spread the cream cheese to cover the bottom. Next add the chilli, then the salsa and then top it off with the Mexican cheese. You'll have 4 layers. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling.

CHEF COMMENTS

* Use your favorite salsa, hot, mild...whatever your taste buds desire.

This is actually my sister's recipe, but it was so easy and tasty that I had to put it on here for everyone else to enjoy.
