INGREDIENTS
1 pint whipping cream
2 Tablespoons butter
12 ozs chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat cream and butter to boiling point; pour over chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Let sit 5 minutes. Beat in Bailey's until smooth. Chill until firm.
Quickly roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in cocoa powder, unsweetened drinking chocolate, chopped nuts or dessiccated coconut.
