Semi-Homemade Oreo Brownies

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 sleeve oreo cookies (Approx. 14)or enough to cover bottom of baking pan.
candy corn (optional if halloween)
1 box Brownie Mix

Note: Brownie mix used in this recipe is Duncan Hines 13x9 Family size. Water,and oil measurements may have to change.

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix brownie mix according to package directions. Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish and arrange whole Oreos in rows until entire bottom of dish is covered. If using candy corn, sprinkle them in the spaces between the Oreos. Pour batter over Oreos and spread until no more Oreos can be seen. Bake according to package directions. When done, let cool and then cut into squares. Invert onto plate or tray so that specks of candy and baked in oreos can be seen.

CHEF COMMENTS

This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare and the rest is bake time. It's really delicous though.
