Servings:

INGREDIENTS

1 pound block of butter at room temp.
3 cloves garlic minced
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley minced
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon white wine
salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Put the butter in a medium bowl and smooth out with a spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with the spoon. Place the butter on a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper and roll into a log about 2-inches round. Fold over the ends and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours to let it harden.

To serve, remove from refrigerator, slice off a piece and put on cooked food to let it melt a little.

CHEF COMMENTS

Try this on any thing from steak to veggies. I like it on plain pasta as a side dish.

I now keep this on hand here at the Diner that I work at. We all use it on every thing from Steak to veggies and I put it on toast just for a snack. December 17, 2005
