INGREDIENTS
Tortilla Rolls
2 boxes cream cheese, softened
thinly sliced ham- you can buy in lunch meat aisle in packs, very cheap
1-2 pouches dry ranch mix
green or red peppers, finely chopped
mushrooms, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together, spread on tortillas. Roll tightly and refrigerate a few hours. Slice into 1-inch rolls.
CHEF COMMENTS
A great combination of a lot of roll-up recipes - These can be made as tangy as you wish!
* I always buy the ham in those cheap packs at wal-mart in the lunch meat aisle. They are easy to find, about .50 cents per pack.
