INGREDIENTS
Base
1 pkt Marie Biscuits crushed
½ cup desiccated Coconut
2/3 cup Melted Butter
Icing
2/3 cup Icing Sugar
2-3 Tsp Hot Water
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
Lemon Juice to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients of base together and press into a lightly greased 30x25-cm. tin. Combine Icing ingredients together and pour over the base. Place in refrigerator until icing sets. Slice and serve.

this recipe for lemon slice was not correct. You need aprozimately 3 more tablespoons of butter for the main thing. and the icing was great but you need to add 1/4 cup more of icing sugar.
