Pineapple Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 can crushed pineapple, liquid drained
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 to 4 slices bread, cut or torn into cube-sized pieces
1 stick margarine, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a loaf pan mix pineapple and eggs. In a seperate container mix together sugar and flour then stir into pineapple/egg mixture. Top with bread pieces and pour melted margarine over top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

CHEF COMMENTS

Wonderful as a side dish to serve with roast pork. Nice and refreshing.
