INGREDIENTS
3.25lb Ground Beef
2 Tbs Worshestershire Sauce
1/2 Tbs Ground Blace Pepper
1/4 Tbs Ground Red pepper
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Liquid Smoke
2 1/2 Packages Curing Salt *
2 1/2 Packages Regular Jerky Seasoning *

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed. Will change color from red to brown and get sticky when properly mixed. Fill jerky press and fill each tray with drops of jerky. Dehydrate at 150°F for 4 hours. Remove from tray and wrap jerky in paper towels to absorb any additional grease.

Note: You can let set overnight in the towels. Will keep 2 weeks at room temperature, 2 months in the refrigerator and 4 month in the freezer.
