INGREDIENTS

1 whole cantalope
1/2 - 1 lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
fresh ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Deseed, slice melon into wedges and remove rinds. Wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each melon wedge. Lightly dust with fresh ground pepper and serve immediately.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is a very simple but great tasting appitizer!

I have made this many times and I always like it. I put a little fresh lime juice on mine as well. Try it with honeydew. September 17, 2004
