Boiled Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
4 tbs. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick uncooked oats
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 or 1 c. coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in large pot and place over medium heat; bring to a rolling boil. Let boil for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, coconut and vanilla; blend well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or foil. Let cool before serving.
