INGREDIENTS

4 potatoes, unpeeled and diced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp. Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
1/2 tsp. freshly crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cumin
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-low heat. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add onions and spices, except garlic; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook until garlic is browned, around 5 minutes. Serve.

CHEF COMMENTS

You can add Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese for the final two minutes if you choose.
