SERVINGS

6 to 8 servings scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter or margarine
5-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
5-1/2 cups crushed miniature Oreos

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and crushed Oreos, and stir until completely mixed. Pour the mixture into a 13x9x2-inch casserole dish and spread evenly. Allow to cool and cut into bars.

CHEF COMMENTS

* OPTIONAL - Sprinkle confectioners sugar over top.
