Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dip

INGREDIENTS

1)The best olive oil (first pressing) you can get;
2)A first quality Balsamico of 5 to 12 years old;

and

3) Fresh foccaccio or another good, fresh bread.

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour olive oil onto a small plate. Add a splash of Balsamico to the olive oil (do not stir). Serve by dipping fresh focaccia bread in the oil.

CHEF COMMENTS

Serves 2 and can easily be adjusted to a party of more. Please keep in mind that the quality of the ingredients is of utmost importance.

* Use the best olive oil (first pressing) you can get.
** Use a first quality Balsamico of 5 to 12 years age.
