SERVINGS

2 to 4 servings scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cup brown sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce *
4 to 5 lean steaks

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a sealable container; marinate for at least one day. Shake container 2 or 3 times throughout the day to ensure sugar marinade coats the steaks. Cook when you desire.

CHEF COMMENTS

* Add more Worcestershire if the brown sugar is not entirely moist.

The longer you let marinate the more tender the meat becomes. I marinated a 2 pound t-bone for two weeks and you could cut the meat with a fork. It gives the meat a nice sweet but not overbearing flavor.
