Best Tasting Egg Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 1/2tbspn mayonaise
3slices of american cheese
1teaspn of season salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place eggs in boiling water and boil for around 12 minutes. Drain water and replace with cool water. Peel eggs quickly, before they cool too much. Once peeled, place in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add cheese, mayonnaise and salt; mash well. Mix completely and place on your favorite type of bread.
CHEF COMMENTS
My 16 month old daughter wouldnt touch eggs until I started making them this way - now she eats her whole sandwich!
