Easy Cupboard Salsa

SERVINGS

1 quarts scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
1 can (4-1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies
1/2 lg. onion
Jalepeno slices, to taste
1 lemon or lime, juice of
3 tbsp. parsley or chopped fresh cilantro
Salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small food processer bowl combine onion, lemon and jalepeno; process until finely chopped. In a non-metallic bowl combine all ingredients. Serve room temperature or chill. Enjoy!
