Chilled Shrimp Pasta Salad

SERVINGS
8 servings scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. salt substitute seasoning
2 tbsp. brown spicy mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 lg. tomatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 lb. shell macaroni (cooked without salt or fat)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine yogurt, seasoning, mustard, salt and pepper in chilled large bowl.
Mix well. Add celery, tomatoes and green onions. Mix well. Add shrimp and macaroni. Mix well. Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving.

This did not taste good to me. The sauce was bitter tasting. Not at all what I expected.
