INGREDIENTS
1 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon minced red onion
/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mash avocado and lime juice with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in the yogurt, red onion, salt, pepper and cumin.
