Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

Servings: 1 cake

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Cake

4 C. bread flour
1 C. sugar
1 T. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 C. melted chocolate chips
3 C. water, milk, soy milk, or rice milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 T vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the above ingredients, minus vinegar, in mixer, adding more liquid if needed to get a pancake batter consistency. Preheat oven to 350°F. Before pouring into pans add 1 T. vinegar and stir in very quickly. (Batter may foam slightly)

Pour into pans, bake 20 minutes for cupcakes or 30 minutes for cake, until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting or decorating.
