Spinach Dip

Servings:
INGREDIENTS
10 oz chopped frozen spinach
1 c. sour cream
3 T. Hellman's mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 can minced baby clams
3 green onions, chopped
garlic powder, dash
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Dip Mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw and squeeze water from spinach. Mix with all remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
CHEF COMMENTS
I have never brought my bowl back home with any left over.
May be served in bread bowl or vegetable cups. I serve with Nabisco Harvest Crisp 5 grain crackers
