Mushroom Curry

INGREDIENTS

200 gm mushroom
1 chopped onion (small)
1 chopped tomatoes (small)
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic

Garam masala, Hot Pepper, Turmeric, salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil, add spices and garlic. Sauté onions until slightly golden brown; add tomatoes and heat for a while. Add mushrooms; heat for a while.
When mushrooms are half done add water and cook until ready. Serve with Rice or Roti (Tortilla).
