Mushroom Curry

INGREDIENTS

7-1/4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic
Garam masala, to taste
Hot pepper, to taste
Turmeric, to taste
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil, add spices and garlic. Sauté onions until slightly golden brown; add tomatoes and heat for a while. Add mushrooms; heat for a while.
When mushrooms are half done add water and cook until ready. Serve with Rice or Roti (Tortilla).
