Light and Fluffy Pancake Mix

INGREDIENTS

10 c. all purpose flour
2 2/3 c. instant dry milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. baking powder
2 T. salt
Optional: 1 vanilla bean

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together well and store in an air tight container.

CHEF COMMENTS

To make pancakes with this mix:
1-1/2 c. light & fluffy pancake mix
1 large egg
1 c water or milk
3 T. vegtable oil
