Blue Cheese Alfredo Rigatoni

SERVINGS

4 to 6 servings scale / convert

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Alfredo Sauce (such as Ragu)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 box rigatoni or ziti, uncooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain pasta and return hot cooked pasta back to pot. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

CHEF COMMENTS

My husband LOVES this. He is very picky and refuses to cook. I normally make this recipe in advance; I also cut it in half because it make alot. My husband says this reheats well and he always asks me to make it again the next week.
