INGREDIENTS

HERSHEY PIE:


Serves 8.

6 (1.35-oz.) Hershey bars with almonds
16 marshmallows
c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 graham cracker pie shell or shell made with chocolate wafers

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate bars and marshmallows in milk in the top of a double
boiler. Cool thoroughly. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Fold cream
into chocolate. Pour into crust. Place in refrigerator until serving
time, or for at least 3 hours. Can be frozen.
