Tim and Donna's Chunky Salsa

Servings: 6 quarts
INGREDIENTS
12 cans diced peeled tomatoes
6 bell peppers (assorted colors)
2 large onions
1/4-1/2 bundle fresh celontros
5-7 tablespoons of minced garlic
3 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste
8-10 hot peppers of your choice
( may use mild peppers if you choose)
1/2 bottle of tabasco
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients into a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat and simmer until peppers are close to being tender. Ladle into prepared jars and put lids on them. Boil 1/2 a large stock pot of water. Once boiling place jars in water and process for 15-20 minutes.
